Indonesia Bonsai Show at Semarang May 2001

Here is some of the most outstanding photos of bonsai from 467 trees participated the national exhibition held in May 2001 at Semarang.

This photos are a collaboration of Budiman Darmansyah from Jakarta, Indonesia

Casuarina Equisetifolia. This tree was selected as ‘Best in Show 2001’. It belongs to Mr. Hengky Wahyu from Jakarta.

Casuarina Equisetifolia. This was selected as runner-up ‘Best in Show 2001’.

Phempis Acidula. It was selected as ‘Ten Best 2001’ and ‘Best in Species’. With its owner, Dr. Bambang.

Juniperus sp. Feronnelia Lucida.  Was selected as ‘Best in Small Size’
Cudraina Cocin - sinensis Cudraina Cocin – siinensis in twin trunk style.

Tamarindus Indica. This is a famous tree since 1994. It grows on a rock and the curve of the trunk is rare for its species.

Gulo Kemantung

Triphasia Trifoliata. It is one kind of Citrus or Orange tree. Its wood is very hard.
