Zelcova/Ulmus

I just wonder what's the difference between a Zelcova and an Ulmus...how do I know which of them i've got?:confused:

I planted 31 seeds of Chinese Zelkova and 25 of japanese Zelkova, 12 of the Chinese and 9 of the Japanese have sprouted. They don't look anything like an Ulmus. In Spanish, Olmo, I think it looks like a Laurel.
When my Zelkova grows to 5 inches I will post a picture of them.
